It adopts corn starch, potato starch, etc. as main material to produce many kinds of shapes of food such as solid crisp, wed crispy/cartoon animal, etc. grain snacks processing line is researched and developed by our factory according to international market. It uses rice, corn and so on as the raw materials. The food produced is very tasty.

The flow chart is: mixing-extruding-shaping-frying-flavoring.

Manufacturing standard

Packing  

The machines will be packed into wooden cases or wrapped by plastic film. Firstly, anti-rust oil painted to the machine, then wrapping film and air bubble pad then export non-fumigation wooden cases packing outside. Containers will be sent to our factory to load the machines and will be sealed before being sent out to make sure their safety.
